Jesse Cannon II is a proud product of Mansfield ISD. As a graduate of Mansfield Summit High School, a former MISD educator, and now a parent with children currently attending MISD schools, Jesse’s investment in the Mansfield community runs deep. He knows firsthand what makes our schools strong, and where we must do better to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Jesse’s leadership is rooted in real-world experience:

• Over a decade working in public education
• Director of Visual and Performing Arts in a neighboring district
• Active advocate for public education at the state and national level
• A commitment to student outcomes, transparency, and building strong school-community partnerships

Jesse believes that when we invest in students and empower teachers, we build a stronger future for everyone. He’s running for the Mansfield ISD School Board because he knows firsthand what’s possible when schools, families, and communities work together.
