As a long-time Mansfield resident, parent, and dedicated community volunteer, Jason Thomas brings a deep understanding of the values that have made MISD strong as well as the vision to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.

• Extensive experience overseeing teams, strategic operations, and organizational growth initiatives
• A focus on student-centered policies that promote college and workforce readiness

• Advocates for safe, inclusive schools where all students feel valued and supported
• Proven leadership in strategic planning, crisis management, and fostering collaborative solutions across diverse community groups
